Macbook Pro monitor failing

I have a 2013 MacBook Pro.

This last week my monitor has started to flicker, lines come across the screen and it then shows 2 displays of the same thing on the screen.

I have to hard boot the laptop for it to go back to normal. But it only works for about 5 minutes and it does the same things as above.

What do you guys think the issue is?

Can it be the video card, RAM...etc?
