To help us help you, can you be a little more specific? What are the symptoms? Does it download? If so, what happens next? Does any dialog box appear? Do you get an icon for the application? If so, what happens when you tap it? If so, try a reset (hold down the home & sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears) and try tapping again. If it still dies, delete the app and reinstall it.
