Can I run the adobe suite on a late 2012 mac mini?

Hi, I have a late 2012 mac mini. It has 4gb ram, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and a 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5. It is running OSX 10.10.5 I've been using iMovie and motion 5 for a little while. I don't really think I want final cut so I'm looking at the adobe suite. The main 2 applications I will use is adobe premiere and after effects. Will my computer be able to run both of these applications? Thx
