APple is never wrong just the consumer is wrong
but
there are real bugs and issues from photoroll to dialing to touch response
apple should listen
some of us even have several devices

Help you with what? You haven't asked any specific technical support questions. What are you trying to do? What happens when you try? What error messages are you getting? What trouble shooting steps have you already taken ("everything" is not a helpful answer to that question)?
