There are at least 4 different versions of the AirPort Express, so it would really help us if you provide more information about the product that you have.
Does your AirPort Express have 2 Ethernet ports?
If.....your AirPort Express has only one Ethernet port, we need to get the model number of the device. It on the side.....hard to see with gray lettering on a white background.....so, you may need good lighting and reading glasses to see it.
The model number starts with an "A" followed by four numbers. Please post back with that information so we can continue.
