I forgot the answers to my security question

i was not able to change the questions since i forgot the previous answers

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.

If you have a rescue email address on file you can reset you questions by sending a link to your rescue email address. If you do not have a rescue email address on file you will need to contact iTunes support and have them help you reset them. 🙂
