How do I view a mail server certificate?

I was just trying to add an email account to my iPhone 6S w/ iOS 9.2.1.

It would not verify my mail server certificate because the domain name on the certificate is not the same as my domain name.

I hit the button to view the details and I should have clicked "trust" but I'm not sure what I clicked and now I can't get it to ask me to trust the certificate again.

Now every time I try to set up the account I get a message saying that it cannot connect over SSL and asks if I want to connect without SSL.

How do I get back to where it asks me to view the details of the SSL certificate and "trust" it?
