I already bought Storage plan upgrade to 50gb ,payment done from my bank ,but haven't get any update

I Already bought 50gb storage plan in 04/02/16 ,and the payment done . But I haven't get any upgrade for the account ,I can't backup my icloud. Pls email me as soon as possible .
