Stuffit and unarchiver do not open bin file
I have OS x 10.9.5 and installed both Stuffit and Unarchiver for open bin files and they don't work. Can you help it?
Thanks

.bin files are executables. There is nothing to de-archive.

Ask whoever sent you the files about the tool(s) they used, if this is a file that you've acquired from somewhere.
The .bin extension is a catch-all that has been used for most anything that's not a text file. Sometimes even for text files. This might be an executable file, a database, data, a disk image, a ROM dump, or any number of other wads of data.
The command-line file command might be able to identify the contents. Or not. It's also possible that dumping the contents of the file might help somebody identify the format. (But please don't post a dump here. If file doesn't know what it is, it's not a common format.)
If this is a file that's part of OS X, post the name and the path. If it's associated with some particular tool or application, please post that.
