Restoring iPhone 5 to previous update?
So I backed up my iPhone 5C when it was on IOS 9.1, but when I restored it, it upgraded it to 9.2.1. Any way to be able to retrieve everything I lost?

What was lost? If you made a backup when it was running 9.1, then updated it to 9.2.1, you can restore the backup you made and get all your data back. It will still be running 9.2.1, but you'll have your data.
