Back up all data before making any changes. Never install any "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" software again.

Feb 6, 2016 12:26 PM in response to Linc Davisby Gbamanjagpe,I have followed the instructions and successfully removed Bitdefender Anti Virus, but when I try to use FaceTime or Skype the same message comes up: No Camera Available.

Feb 6, 2016 12:36 PM in response to Gbamanjagpeby Linc Davis,If you've installed third-party software called "ManyCam," please remove it according to the developer's instructions (not by dragging an application to the Trash.) Restart the computer and see whether there's an improvement.
