Lost photos when change of phones...

I recently changed phones from iPhone 5 to 6s. When I started up the new phone and competed the setup and entered my iCloud account. Since then I have all my contacts etc from old phone but all the photos have gone. I know that the old phone was backed up on iCloud but when I log on it just shows my current photos of lf new phone. How can I get my old photos onto new phone?
