I bought an episode and when I played it I could only hear the background noise...I couldnt hear the characters talking at all

I was wondering what I can do about this problem? I had bought an episode and when I played it all I could hear is the background noise. I couldn't hear the people in the show at all. Can someone please help me with this???

Describe your TV and audio connections.

It sounds like a surround sound audio setup missing the center channel.

You could try changing the audio settings on the ATV to turn off any surround sound options to watch the episode for now.
