Return the iPhone to the seller for assistance or refund.

take proof of puchase showing serial number of the iPhone and the

iPhone to the nearest Apple store where they may assist you. Make

a genius appointment to avoid delay.

Or if you have the original proof of purchase from when it was new you can take the phone to an Apple Store.

If purchased using debit card, credit card, or check, your financial

institution should be able to find proof of the transaction. If paid cash,

there is little hope.

You could also ask the retailer from which you purchased the iPhone

for a duplicate copy of the transaction. Knowing the approximate date

of purchase will speed up things. If paid for with cash, retailer will

not be able to find the transaction.
