All of my album and song rankings have vanished. Any way of getting them back? I cannot add rankings now either.
All of my album and song ratings have vanished and there appears no way to do new ones. Any suggestions?
See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
Scrub that. First enable the menu bar with Ctrl+B if it is currently hidden, then look at that General tab and make sure the Ratings drop down reads Stars & Loves.
