How to tranfer emails from POP3 account on iphone to Mac Mail

Hi. I erase my emails from the webmail account which was sync with my Mac computer via IMAP (is not an iCloud email account but a private domain account on a third party email service provider). I also have that account configured on my iphone but as POP3. Therefore I lost all my emails in my mac and in the webmail but I still have them on my iphone.

How can I transfer all this emails (more than 8000) to my Mac mail again?
