Invisible page & placeholder text preventing iBook publication

Per ticket # 82223372 I received this message from iTunes Connect:

- This book contains placeholder text: p.28. Placeholder text is intended for use as a visual aid during the book creation process. Please remove or replace. See the iBooks Store Formatting Guidelines, section 13.17.

Checking Guidelines section 13.17 gives me this:

iBooks Store Formatting Guidelines 13.17. Books must not contain placeholder text (such as “Lorem ipsum” text) or placeholder images. Do not include iBooks Author template art unless related to the subject matter of the book.

Looking at the .iba file chapter 5 ends on page 27 and the next section begins on page 29. In other words, I can't see or navigate to page 28.

How can I find page 28 and delete whatever placeholder text is there?

Thanks!

Jean
