i updated last update for iPhone 9.2.1 (13d15) then when I tried to download app from AppStore it doesnot download
i tried to download other app but still not
i restart it and no thing, sign out of AppStore and still no thing, restart all settings and still nothing
please help

Check your restrictions if you are allowed to install apps. Settings > General > Restrictions
If that's not possible, try creating a new Apple ID, or contact Apple Support.

Check your restrictions in settings. Then check to make sure you are connected to the internet or Cellular Data. Make sure you put in the right password when you click the all you are trying to download.
