My iPhone 4s has no available storage after deleting ALL emails in my mail app. It shows around 934MB of storage used but there are no emails in that app. Every time I make more room for storage it is sucked up by something else and I live with no available storage constantly. Why is my phone doing this?
Delete unneeded apps, videos, songs and pictures. Also delete the email account and re-add it.
Thanks, have done all that except the email account. I constantly delete apps, videos and photos not needed and as soon as I do the available storage is sucked out somewhere else. Will see what happens when I delete the email app and re add it.
connect to itunes on your computer. make a backup of your iphone.
delete your iphone (restore as new). restore it from your backup.
this should erase a lot of unnecessary files on your phone. in my case, this gave me a couple of GBs back.
the price: this will take some time. and you may have to enter various passwords for apps and networks...
