For install windows 7 i create 2 partition on my hard disk and by mistake i format my full hard disk. now i have 3 partition a,b,c on A i have windows and want to install mac on my 2nd partition (B) so how can i install it ?

You can't do what you have done. Boot Camp and OS X only. Two partitions, not three. You will need to repartition the entire drive back to single volume with OS X installed on it.
