app store gone blank

hello,


I am very new at this, but ive been trying to sort out the APP Store on ipad mini.

now when I go in all pages are bank except for the last two pages.

I than sign out of Apple ID and now it saying that there is an error connecting to Apple Id Server


Please help.

iPad Mini, iOS 9, i think this is what is updating

I understand that you're not seeing any content in the App Store on your iPad mini aside from the Search and Updates panes. Such a situation is typically the result of your iPad not being able to correctly communicate with our servers.
