I received this security warning


"Critical Security Warning! Your Mac may be infected with a serious attack on this system, as your IP Address might be accessed from two different locations at one time. A Suspicious Connection might be trying to access Your Logins, Banking Details ...."


what should I do?

Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and close the tab the popup came from.

To stop the popup ads and do not click active buttons in browser (do not act on the

warning, do not call any phone number, etc) you can follow the instruction to disable

adware in Safari here: First close Safari... Force quit if necessary.
