Requesting incoming calls to have FULL SCREEN photos

i have an iPhone 6 Plus and unfortunately my incoming calls do not display my contacts photo in full screen- it's back to the small circle photo !!! Please if Apple has taken this feature off put it back! If no one but I am having this issue then please help!!!
