I Have an iPad mini with the latest update 9.2.1, if I go into setting,iCloud then tap my name at top,
then passwords & security my date of birth says 2510 BE,
How can this be possible?
also I cannot set up the Two factor authentication (at this time)
any help would be great

do you have any theories on why I can't complete the 2 factor authentication (it's only phone no verification)
so why the message 'can't set up at this time'
