Your purchase could not be comleted

I recently purchased an item from a game that i play and i tried to purchase another one and it said "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed". Money isn't the issue, i refreshed all my card information & reset my phone. Nothing has worked and its quite annoying that customers are still going through these problems with such advanced technology.. If you know anything on this subject and how to fix it please do tell.

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support then have you done so ? If not you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
