I lost my iPhone 4 inside my house but it doesn't have "Find My iPhone". Is there any other way I can locate it? Its on Wifi

That would mean that someone is talking on the phone so all you need to is shout "Who's on my phone?"

What if they won't answer you? This could become a real puzzle. Maybe Apple needs to implement a Find My Phone That I Lost in My House. Bet that'a an app that would sell big time.
Why do we say "dial" the phone? Shouldn't we say "button" the phone?

Then you can conclude that whoever doesn't answer is the one with the phone!
Of course, you could always use a tracking device right on the phone. Then, you simply go to the phone and activate the tracker and it will beep so that you can find the phone.
Oh, that would be too easy. If it's to be an Apple app it needs to be really arcane.

Not really. You go to the phone and access the app to tell the phone to beep. Then you listen for the beep and you can find the phone.
