Hi,
iTunes would sync my iphone every time, but today i run a malware scan in my computer and deleted all the malware which the program found and from that time i cant sync my iphone it shows syncing iphone and then it stops and nothing happens. And even my all capacity of iphone turned into "other". Here is the pic of that.

Perhaps your malware scanner cleaned up more than it should have. 😮
If you eject the iPhone does it still have all of your content on it?

When i ejected my iPhone music was there & in usage "Videos" was showing no data but i had 5 music videos on it. When i opened videos videos were there and my contacts just disappeared but when i called from brothers mobile (number was saved) Then the contacts appeared again.

Hold the home and power buttons for 10 seconds to force the phone to reboot. Do you see your contacts and media on the device now? If not it might be time to Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. Under Edit > Preferences > Devices tick the option to Prevent iPod, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically otherwise your existing backup might be corrupted when you connect your device.

tt2 mine contacts appeared but my music is still messed up is there any way except restoring iphone & can i directly reset from my iPhone & iTunes can't take my backup so how will I restore backup?
Try backing up to iCloud. If that works then you can try deleting the existing backup in iTunes which may be corrupt and see if you can backup to iTunes again. If that is successful you can restore as a new device, then restore your backup, and finally reload your media.
