lost my iphone and the Findmyiphone app sends me a message

I lost my iphone 5 a month back in BKK and i just got an email from Findmyiphone app that my phone is at an Apple Store in Hong Kong.Will Apple be able to help me retrieve my phone back from the Apple store? My phone has a few cracks that I can point out for you to easily identify.

Most likely that email is a scam - if you sign in with your Apple ID and password - you will be giving it away to those who have your phone

You can certainly contact the Apple store by phone or chat to confirm your suspicions
