I'm trying to call my friend, he did'nt answer my call meanwhile I switch my front camera to back and I press cancel button. Again i tried to call same contact through FaceTime my screen got struck. I tried again, same thing happen, screen got struck..

double click home button, swipe up facetime so you force close it.
if it doesn't work, it's a bug that apple should fix.

I have tried it again same issue..
seems that the ios cached that bug. you need to clear that and there are few options that will work
1. restart phone (it wont work but you can try)
2. facetime on and off (carrier may charge you ~0.12 USD)
3. backup and restore (every app will clear cache)
4. wait for ios 9.3 release (every app will clear cache anyway)
Hi Bogdangh thanks for ur reply, I did the same as you told. My phone response was same. Not only mine, even I did it from my friend phone. Camera was stuck dining FaceTime call.
