I am unable to get favorites bar on my safari screen for quicker access after putting favorites bar option ON in setting.
pl help me.

Did you try settings> Safari> show favorites bar> on ?

I already tried that option, but did not work.
As per his advice I am restoring my iPad.

No, as I am unable to get favorite Bar in safari.
but as I touch the top of the screen, Favorite Bar al logs pops up an occupy 1/4 of the screen.
