Windows 8.1 Boot Camp disappeared

After repairing (boot camp) on (Windows 8.1) I was unable to reboot to Windows. From what I can see, there's a new partition (disk0s3) which can't be repaired. Cant someone please help me recover the partition as it's being used by a manager and all his files are saved there! I'd like to highlight the fact that I have no experience troubleshooting Mac OS so I'd really predicate if someone can explain what I can fix the issue in details.

Please post the output of the following OS X Terminal commands.

diskutil list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.
