iPhone 6 Plus sound button will not turn off
I Have turned it on and off but the sound button just keeps springing back to on

If this happens with sound options in Settings, you can use the steps in this article to troubleshoot the situation--If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker.
