Myself and my wife have two iPhone 6s. Initially we used a single AppStore login. She got the phone three months before me. Issue is that whenever I take a photo the same will also duplicate in her mobile. Of course this is annoying and don't know how to stop. We have attempted to create a new id for her. But still the issue is there. Any idea on how to solve this issue?

By using the same ID you are using the same Photo Library, 1 ID = 1 Person, not 2.
I reached to the conclusion a bit earlier than when I read your reply but this was the issue. Even though I chanced the id still photo's and contacts were sync. Removed the iCloud and the issue got solved.
