Wall plug adapter exchange program - announcements polish translation

Hello everyone!

Just to be sure, is this recently announced wall plug adapter exchange program (original announcement) is only related to the wall plug adapter - the plug - not the whole charger? I'm asking only because the polish translation of the announcement is stating clearly that the charger as a whole is to be exchanged.
It looks that they (people that created this translation) are using too much Google Translate as their daily work tool.
