Where is "my music" located?  Since this forum category is for iPod shuffle, are you asking how to offload songs on an iPod shuffle to your Mac?

in fact is the opposite "my music" is located in my Mac, I downloaded from iTunes Music. I share my music with my iPad but wen I try to offload to my shuffle it appears a message telling that you can't download songs from my music to the iPod

If you mean Apple Music, the subscription music streaming service, those downloaded songs are subscribed, not owned.  You can load your iPod shuffle with songs that your own, such as songs purchased from iTunes Store and songs you imported from physical music CDs.  However, you cannot load songs downloaded from Apple Music on iPods (except for iPod touch which is like your iPad).  iPod shuffle does not have an Internet connection, which is required to verify status of your Apple Music subscription when playing subscribed song files.

If these songs are not downloads from the Apple Music subscription service, please post back with more details.
