Why won't my iPod touch turn on? I didn't waste the battery, I didn't drop it in water or onto the ground, I didn't do anything to break or damage it. It has been charging all day and night and still won't power on. I woke up yesterday and it wouldn't turn on.

Try putting your iPod touch in to recovery mode. If that doesn't work, contact apple support.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
