iCloud Photo Library upload not working

Hi all,

I have an issue with the iCloud photo library, there are months that my library (14000 photos) doesn't upload properly from my mac (10.11.3).

At the moment there're still 7000 items to upload but in the past two months nothing upload.

I have enough space on cloud and on iOS there's no problem on upload (it's working great) !!

Check, if your library contains items that cannot upload. photos and videos in an incompatible format could be blocking the upload forever.

You can test this with a smart album:

File > New Smart Album

and add a constraint: Any item

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
