Consistency errors with Mercury Accelsior PCIe SSD

Anyone know why I am getting "consistency errors" on my PCIe SSD card on my Mac Pro 2008. Drive Genius shows the alert. It can't repair it. Disk Utility also shows problems it cannot fix without reformatting the drive. But then it reappears a day or two later. I have tried multiple cards, different blades from OWC and cannot get rid of the problem.
