When I try to download my past song purchases by clicking the cloud icon, nothing happens..

I am trying to download purchased songs onto my new PC, however when I click the cloud icon to download the song, it is unresponsive. Thew download simply does not happen. Same goes for the "download all" button. Nothing happens.

Any idea what's the issue here?
