what is the best hypercam for mac?

I need a reliable app that can recored while I game on my mac.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

I'm not a gamer so not sure if this will help, but you can use Qucktime to record your entire screen or just a section of your screen.

No problem...Just a FYI, to stop a recording press the "stop" icon on your task bar (second from left). After you are done you can trim the video to only include the part you want.
