Why does iPhoto shut down when I hit the info button for a photo? I have a mac mini with and OS X (10.8.5).
Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
what has changed since it worked? Post the first 100 or so lines of the crash report here

Huxly647 figured out this fix
1. goto /Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources
2. delete the files ' googlemap.html ' and googlesearch.html
Iphoto no longer crashes, places doesn't work but it doesn't bother me too much.
