Bluetooth doesn't come into it, that's only for the remote. The ATV's output is via HDMI: if your home theatre amplifier doesn't have an HDMI input it's possible to buy splitter which input HDMI and output HDMI (for the TV) and optical for the amplifier.

That's why I said optical out on TV (not Apple TV). If your HDTV doesnt have that port then you would need a splitter as mentioned.
please i still don't get you, i use to use the the old apple Tv, it has optical port, so i use the HDMI cable for the TV to get image and the optical cable to connect to the home theatre and get the sound, but the new apple TV doesn't have optical cable port, so i was asking how can get the sound through the home theatre since the new apple doesn't has optical port, Thank You...

Some HDTVs have an optical out on them which allows you to plug in the HDMI but run an optical cable from the tv to the reciever. Double check your TV does not have this before buying what you need otherwise - a splitter:
