I CAN´T SEE A MOVIE RENT

23 days ago I rented a movie "grace" in my apple TV. I already try to see it several time, but only says "try later". then I try to see it in my MAC through airplay but I went to the apple store of my MAC and it doesn´t appeared as rented but it doesn´t make sense becasu everything is with the same usar name...

What can I do?

A rental made on Apple TV can only be viewed there. If you are seeing an error that indicates a network issue

What is your current connection via speedtest.net

Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)

If on wifi try Ethernet

Test on another network
