Ethernet port not working

The ethernet port on my late 2010 iMac isn't working. I've run the Apple Hardware Test, and it shows no problems - all tests pass. The ethernet port also shows when I run the System Report tool. I read a post that said attaching the ethernet port to a new location, as opposed to using automatic, in the network panel would solve the problem, but it hasn't helped.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

Thanks,

Jeff
