Comments in songs disappear in iTunes Library

Hey everybody,

I have a problem with my iTunes Library, which occurs from time to time - I spent a lot of time to write in every song of my library a comment. My intelligent playlists rely on these comments - e.g. all songs, which are from a movie soundtrack, have the comment *OST* or all songs from British singers have the comment <UK>, which makes it easy to create a 'Soundtrack-playlist' or a 'British-playlist'.

iTunes deletes these comments in some of the songs from time to time - it is strange that Apple offers the possibility to add comments, but deletes them again and again. I haven't found the reason yet and it is very annoying to fill out the comments again.ody have

Has somebody an idea to PROTECT the data in your library?
