Write a poetry book with iBooks Author

I have the intention of writing a poetry book with the iBook Author app, but it seems that this app is not suitable for writing just text with enormous gaps of spaces between words...

For example: i want to decide which pages stays without anything on it, the right spaces between the poem title and text itself, etc...

Another thing: poetry books have not sections...even chapters...

I just want to have a cover for the book and 50 or 60 pages with a poem in each one...

There is some tricks to make it happen in iBook Authors?

Thanks in advance for any help i can get.
