Q: iPod Shuffle 2nd Generation

I downloaded songs from Apple Music onto my computer but they still wont download onto my iPod Shuffle 2nd generation. Help!

Downloads from Apple Music service are subscribed songs, not owned songs.  You cannot load them on iPods (except for iPod touch).  Those song files use DRM (copy protection) as required by the content producers.  When playing Apple Music downloads, the device checks on the status of your Apple Music subscription through the Internet.  iPod shuffle does not have an Internet connection.
