How can I solve my phone!!

There should be a switch on the side of the phone. Move it to the other position. This should turn the vibrator off. You might look at the documentation it came with that identifies all the external controls.

You mean that when it vibrates, you can hear the vibration as well?

Odds are that is normal. It's very difficult to cause a vibration without also causing sounds, since sounds are simply vibrations.

Does the sound change based on what type of surface it's on? Is it louder when it's on, say, a glass table compared to a pillow?

Well, since it is next to impossible to troubleshoot something that is based on a sound that you are hearing, it would be best for you to take it to your nearest Apple Store so you can demonstrate to them whatever is causing you concern.

Most likely a loose oscillator. If the device hasn't been damaged and is still within warranty, it should be a free fix due to defect.

Warranty is valid only in country of original purchase. You will have to return the

iPhone to Saudi Arabia.

What is the model number of your iPhone? Settings>General>About>Model.

You may have to scroll to see the entry for Model. Some iPhones sold in the

Middle East are grey market, meaning they were intended for other markets.

If that is the case with your iPhone, you may not be able to get assistance in KSA.

If that is the case, you will have to return the iPhone to the US personally or

via friend/relative/co-worker. Apple US will not accept international shipments

for evaluation nor will AppleUS ship out of the country after repair/replacement.

hello i suggest you to once hard reset your iPhone and then go on if still it go on with same thing then there must be a problem with taptic engine
