I forgot my security question

Hello Do not bother

I forgot my security question and for the first time that I want to buy from iTunes

And do not save email

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.

User option 3 above and call Apple. You have no other option without a Rescue Email address.
