Display plus sign for positive numbers
I see in format > cell > data format > numeral system there is a checkbox for "represent negative numbers using minus sign".
Possible to display a "+" sign for positive numbers?

It's possible, using a custom format, in Numbers '09. I don't know if that feature is available in Numbers 3.
Select the cells, click the format brush, choose Cell, then explore.
